In the lead up to the state election on March 28th, we will be talking to thousands of people about the Greens campaign for Newtown. The most effective way to talk to new people about the issues that are important to them is through door knocking.
Join us this Saturday for a Door Knocking Day of Action and help us reach our target of knocking on another 10,000 doors before the election.
If you have never door knocked before - don't be nervous! There is a quick briefing before we head out, and we door knock in pairs. If you are new, you will always be partnered with someone who is experienced. Our volunteers have said that door knocking is an easy, fun and rewarding way of contributing to the campaign.
With the election just around the corner we need you now more than ever. Bring yourself, bring your friends, and bring a smile. Together we can make the Newtown Electorate Green right from the start.
