BIG WIN for recognising the diversity of our community! The Premier’s 11am press conference will be translated in real-time in to Arabic and Vietnamese (and we understand more languages to come!).
Last week we publicly called for this and made the suggestion directly to the Premier’s office urging them to act to connect with people in the communities in south west Sydney who have been hit hardest by this latest outbreak. We are so pleased that they took this up and made it happen! This will have a real impact on how the COVID information and health messages are getting through. This is the video we had been working on to launch today (along with a multilingual petition site) to increase the pressure - now there’s no need to sign the petition, but we still think the video is too good not to share.
