In great news for singles the Premier today announced a singles bubble - responding to calls from people living alone. Singles will now be able to nominate one person who can come into their home for the duration of the lockdown.
However there will be restrictions on those living in the eight local government areas of concern - Canterbury-Bankstown, Fairfield, Liverpool, Blacktown, Cumberland, Parramatta, Campbelltown and Georges River.
“If you are within those eight local government areas, it needs to be someone within that local government area or within that 10km distance,” the Premier said.
